It runs live web searches using your own OpenAI key, so results reflect what ChatGPT-style assistants say today, with engine support designed to expand to Perplexity and Gemini.

Agentic-commerce product readiness — a "Check products" audit scores how complete your product data (price, availability, image, GTIN, product type and more) is for AI shopping agents, surfaces the most common gaps, and lists the products to fix first. A one-click "Suggest type" can fill a missing product category with AI; it never overwrites or invents factual data like price or GTIN.

llms.txt AI discoverability panel — now that Shopify auto-serves a native /llms.txt, the panel checks what is actually served on your storefront, sets honest expectations about which AI engines use it, and offers an on-brand theme-template override so you, not Shopify's default, control the content.

Brand voice — define your tone, target audience, banned words and guidance once in Settings, and Seokai applies it to every AI-generated title, description, tag and social post so your copy comes out on-brand. Factual outputs like keywords and image alt text are intentionally left untouched.
